All characters are fictional and generated by artificial intelligence. They are not real people and are not acting on behalf of any real person. Confidential, financial, medical or other sensitive information must never be shared in conversations. We are not responsible for any reliance you place on AI-generated content.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for everything done through your account. You must provide accurate information and must not create accounts using another person's identity. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Premium features and credits may be purchased through the Service. Payments are processed by third-party providers; the terms of those providers also apply. All purchases are final except where required by law. Subscription auto-renewals can be managed through your store account settings. We reserve the right to change prices, with notice where required by law.
The Service, including its code, logos, artwork and character IP, is owned by us or our licensors. You only receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit the Service or any content you obtain through it, beyond your own personal use.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, nor that AI-generated content will be accurate, safe or appropriate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from the Settings screen. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we suspect fraud, abuse or illegal activity. We may also modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction for consumer users, without regard to conflict of law principles. Should any provision be found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
