1. Introduction

Yours ("we", "us", "our") provides an adult-only AI companion app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to the practices described here. The app is available to users aged 18 and over only.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: when you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name, and public profile picture (avatar) from your Google account. We store this on your profile.
• Profile information you provide: your display name, declared age, preferences (such as gender interest, art style, personality and relationship interests), and any other details you choose to add.
• Usage information: characters you view, save or skip, conversations you have, and general app activity, to personalise your experience.
• AI conversation content: messages and audio you exchange with AI characters, used to generate and improve responses. Conversations may be processed by our AI provider to generate the character's replies.
• Payment information: when you purchase a subscription or credits, payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store your full card number.
• Technical information: device type, operating system, app version, approximate network information, and log data needed to keep the service running and secure.

3. How we use your information

• To operate the app, generate character responses and provide premium features.
• To keep your account secure and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To send service communications (for example, about your account or payments).
• To improve our AI models, moderation and the quality of our service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the app, such as:

• Cloud and database providers that host your account data.
• Our AI service provider used to generate character replies and voice.
• Payment processors, to the extent necessary to complete a purchase.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights or users, or with your consent.

5. AI-generated content

Conversations are produced by AI and may be imperfect or unpredictable. Treat AI characters as fictional — messages are never from a real person. Do not share personal or sensitive information in chats. We may use conversation logs to improve safety and moderation.

6. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → "Delete account", which removes your profile and associated data. Some data may be retained where required by law or needed to prevent abuse.

7. Children's privacy

Yours is strictly for users aged 18 and over. We do not intentionally collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor has created an account, we will delete it. To request removal, contact us using the details below.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR or the CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us and we will respond within the timeframe required by law.

9. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
